We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at DeadlyHabitsCO@gmail.com to notify us of the mix up within 7 days of your delivery. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the issue: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.
My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do? USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.
Deadly Habits Co. WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If your item has not been shipped you may email us at DeadlyHabitsCo@gmail.com to correct the shipping address. If your item has already been shipped we are unable to correct the shipping address.
If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be completely refunded.
Regrettably, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. We do try our best to make changes to orders before they are shipped, if needed, but we can not guarantee your email will be answered before the order is fulfilled.
It is uncommon but under the unfortunate circumstance that an item has been oversold and we are not able to ship said item with your order you will be refunded for the missing item and the remainder of your order will ship. If your whole order consists of that one item you will be refunded shipping also.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted.
We receive emails from customers requesting restock information, but we usually don't have restock information until items arrive, if they are restocked at all. We like to keep the flow of new merchandise constantly coming in, therefore, restocks are sometimes not available. If you would like to be notified when an item is restocked, you may visit a sold out product and request to be notified when an item is back in stock via email/SMS by completing the "Notify Me When Available" form.
